Bacon As Likely To Give You Cancer As Smoking

Bacon is a lot worse for us than we thought, and could be as big a cancer threat as smoking.

The World Health Organization announced that processed meat is amongst the most deadly. Its findings come after scientists from 10 nations, including the UK, reviewed all attainable evidence.
Burgers and sausages are also apparently a massive threat to our health.

Instant noodles or more commonly known as ramen is a popular food not only in the United States but also in many countries around the world.
The United States Food Food Standards Agency (FSA) calls on consumers to avoid eating instant noodles as it is harmful to health. Studies have shown that high sodium consumption is linked to a variety of diseases such as hypertension, heart disease, stroke, cancer and kidney damage.
A food dye and wax is just one of many ingredients/chemicals linked to cancer has been found in instant noodles. Instant noodle is a highly processed food that lacks nutritive value. Every single serving of instant noodle is high in carbohydrates, sodium and other food additives, but low on essential elements such as fibre, vitamins and minerals.

These tasty staples are fried in Hydrogenated oils, like vegetable oil, which contains trans fats. Trans fats are a known carcinogen and recent studies have found that there is actually no “safe” amount of trans fats consumable. They are also very high in salt which increases the risk of high blood pressure. Potatoes are also one of the foods known to absorb the chemicals which are used to fertilize the soil, some of which is also know to be a carcinogen.

Meats such as bacon, sausages and in particular hot dog sausages have been proven to increase the risk of pancreatic cancer by 67% and in addition to this hot dogs commonly contain sodium nitrite, a cancer risk so well known that the USDA have been trying to ban it since the early 1970’s.
